Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping time for you based on the shipping options you choose. A shipping time estimate will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see a shipping time estimate in the order confirmation email and in your order history under "My Account".
Please note that customs and/or security agencies may incur shipping delays due to processing if applicable.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from itemltd.com depend upon the method and option you choose.
We will ship your items when all the products in your order are available, typically four weeks.
If you choose to part-ship items as soon as they become available, shipping costs may be higher.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Products on this site are duty-free to most countries worldwide.
Shipping Restrictions
On rare occasions, warranty issues or manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified after placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us using the link in the Information box on the left side of this page.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
To edit or remove an incorrect address associated with your account, click the "View or change entries in my address book" link under "My Account".
- Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address. Express carriers, such as FedEx, do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- If you request delivery to an APO or FPO address, please use the following format:
- City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO"
- State/Province field: Enter "AE" if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
- Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Please note that shipping estimates to addresses such as these with non-standard formatting may not be accurate. When we receive an order that is to be shipped to these addresses we will contact you to confirm shipping methods and costs, and will adjust your order total accordingly. Alternately, you can contact us using the link in the Information box on the left side of this page to inquire about estimated shipping costs.
- Other Address Problems. In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package.
Returns
All sales are final. In some cases, returns may be permitted at the sole discretion of ITEM. Please refer to our Conditions of Use, or contact us directly.
