 HazLight kit Recognizing the need to enhance people’s safety during roadside emergencies, the HazLight Emergency Professional Series Warning Marker Kit was developed.
The HazLight Emergency Warning Marker Kit uses ultra- high output, LED-illuminated markers that are designed to: 1) Alert approaching motorists of emergency situations; 2) Highlight stationary vehicles on the side of the road; 3) Alert motorists of emergency or service personnel working at an accident or hazard; 4) Provide guidance for roadblocks, detours, and lane closures during low-light or dark site conditions.
Kits available in blue, amber and red LEDS.
HazLight Emergency markers are supplied in a sturdy, compact, lightweight case, which also serves as a charging stand. The kits plug into a standard automotive 12VDC power supply. HazLight Emergency markers are activated automatically when removed from the case. They start flashing instantly, enabling a safe operational area to be rapidly established. The intensely bright LEDs can be seen up to 1km* away in darkness.*dependant on site conditions and deployment HazLight Emergency markers become visible long before normal “high-visibility” reflective road-level measures become effective. HazLight Emergency markers are capable of continuous, full flash rate operation for up to 24 hours, half flash rate operation for an additional 24 hours, and are fully rechargeable in 14 hours. Hazlight Emergency markers are warranteed for one year, and have a service life of up to six years, depending on operational use. |
