The Georgia DOT Ramp 20 is now safely illuminated night and day by 124 LaneLight in-pavement markers. Located on an I-85 exit ramp north of Atlanta, the installation is powered by a low voltage, logic equipped system.

When a driver exceeds a safe speed, the LaneLight Dynamic Delineation System is activated. The markers’ reverse chase light pattern comes on sequentially pacing toward traffic, and is proven to reduce driver speeds.  LaneLights are flush with the pavement, making them virtually invisible until activated. This blends the system in as part of the road, so as not to detract from the landscape.
